As many of you know, I had been studying to take the Registered Dietitian exam. Well, no more! I am officially a dietitian and I couldn’t be happier. What’s important to know about dietitians is that we are legally bound to provide scientific-based nutrition information to the public. What that means is that we are the experts on food. Foodies, as I like to say.
If you’re ever in need of someone to talk to about food, weight or other nutrition-related health concerns, dietitians are the ones to turn to. Look for the credentials, RD or LD (Licensed Dietitian) that represent knowledgeable and credible people with the education and experience to back up their advice.
Okay, I’ll step down from my soapbox. Thank you to all who supported me throughout this process. I couldn’t have done it without all of you!

Congratulations. ;)
Hey Sara,
Congratulations! I just read your news today. You must be so happy to have that all behind you! Is there any chance that VSO will still find a position for you in Kenya to use your skills? I am off to Malawi in 10 days!! I cant believe it is happening so soon! I am sending out an email with my web address in the next couple of days.
Cheers,
Tracy
